Who does COR work for?

• COR works for you.  While we have numerous factory relationships, once we have identified the best producers for your product,  we will obtain the best total cost of ownership for you the customer. 

How long has COR been around?

• COR is a newly established entity in 2009.  However, the individuals who make up COR have been successfully involved in overseas sourcing for over 30 years.  Additionally, several of our partners have actively operated and/or owned manufacturing companies in the US and abroad thus giving us intimate knowledge of the production process and methodologies.

What happens if the shipment is unusable?

• The COR process has preempted this concern for any preventable problems.

• COR provides air shipped first articles, when viable, for your approval prior to production

• COR carefully communicates with you and the factory so nothing is overlooked

• COR's QA engineers inspects everything from material selection, production, and packing

• Damage in transit is covered should insurance is elected, and COR will work diligently to replace the shipment on an expedited bases at no additional cost to you.  

Who takes care of logistics?

• COR has a trained staff to oversee all transport and documentary concerns.  Depending on CIF or FOB pricing, COR will be your only required contact.  Should FOB be elected, your US freight forwarder should be your first contact, but COR will assist in any way to ensure a problem free shipment.
