Don founded Garwood Metal over 35 years ago and has well over 50 years of experience in the sheet metal industry. Don continues to play an active role in the business and oversees the financial and strategic direction of the company's future.

C.P. spent his entire career in the sheet metal industry, first successfully running his own business, Kalis Metal, before assuming daily operational and production control of Garwood Metal.
