| 2 | Tim Osborne | Woodinville, WA, USA | First 340 in the States, and the first production customer car off the "assembly line". Chassis #1 is in New Zealand and was a modified SuperVee. Delivered to Pierre Philips through Carl Haas and sold to Jim Kahlie on time payments! Attached photo is during the initial aero testing by Jim, a Boeing engineer. I still have all the notes he took. Unbelievably it still has the original engine block and gearbox, according to Lola records, and was completed on July 16th, 1973. | Yes | timos@microsoft.com |

| 10 | Dan Mullin | 501 Kodiak St. Eugene, Oregon 97401 | I have owned the car since 92(?) purchased from Calif. Believed to be one of the first flexi-flyers to be strengthened. I have been running mostly Vintage SCCA and have also raced Club Ford and Formula Ford. In fact, I have enough Nat. points to go to the Runoffs with a 30 year old car on Vintage treaded tires! 17615 Rolling Hills Road,Belton, Missouri 64012 | The car along with a number of Lolas was transported to Mexico to be used by Team Reynard for the Mexican Formula One race. The car was later used in the Mexican Formula III series. I have Ferrari wheels with Avon tires that are stamped "Mexican Formula III" that came with the car. The car ended up being a "school car" in Mexico. It had definitely been ridden too hard and put away wet. The car is HU-21. This is stamped on the right front cross member. However, it came with a Reynard plate on the dash with a bunch of numbers. It also said "Hecho en Mexico." | Yes | |

Previous owner Sean Kalil - I know very little about the history of this car but from the number on the roll bar, I know that it raced in the NE Division (022). I hope to learn more about it's past and any information others may provide would be greatly appreciated. The car is in pieces, but very complete with many spares. The only modifications to the frame are to the rollbar, similar to what was done to your Lola. My plans are to restore the car to 100% stock configuration. | Yes | |

The girls school purchased this car in 1990 and did a complete frame up restore. They then modified it to race in an International Electric Open Wheel series and won the World Title race in Phoenix, AZ in 1998. It has been in heated storage ever since. The electronic drive mechanism was removed just before it was packed up for shipping to me. I do not have and prior race or owner history and I don't believe any Log Books are available. My plans for this car are not finalized. They may involve utilizing the suspension, steering, brakes, and transition from the Lola, building a monocoque chassis from vintage plans, and applying period bodywork in a conversion into a Track day / two seat Sports Racing car. | Yes |

| 62 | David Bull | I have owned the car since March 2000. I bought it from someone who raced it for one season in the early 90's and it had been sitting in his garage since then. | No | dbull@ludwigseeley.com | |
| 650 Hanna Birmingham, MI 48009 | The owner prior to that was someone who worked for Keith Averill of Averill STUFF Racing here in the Detroit area. Last year I converted the radiators to the 342 configuration, other than that, the car is stock. To the best of my knowledge, the car has spent most of it's life in the mid west. I currently race it at Waterford Hills in Clarkston, MI in the FF class. | ||||

| 118 | Ted Visscher | Knoxvill, Tn | I have T340 chassis number 118 originally owned by Tom Dvorak back in 75. I've looked on the Lola registry and the slots for numbers 18 and 118 are missing under the 340/342. It's had some frame stiffening but the last log book entry states needs to be updated to current GCR specs. Need to change the main hoop forward bracing, floor pan and foot crush box. Hopefully the dual purpose experiment will work out. |

| 163 | Mark Grundy | 1016 Plum Grove Road, Apt 320 | Production Date - I have two different dates - 1972 but I dont believe this is correct - the other is 1973 - which looks more likely to me. The chassis plate only shows HU 163 - there is no production date. Known Owner/Race History I am in the process of getting more information re the early history of the car from Oregon - I will update you as I get more information. History is earliest known to latest:-Mr William "Bill" Rose - owned car for many years up to late 90's (I am trying to locate him now via the Cascade Car Club). Bill raced extensively in OR area Mr S.K. (Smitty) Smith - purchased car from Bill Rose - raced in OR area for what I believe was aprox 2 years - he sold the car in 1998 to Mr Walter Horn. This suggests that he purchased the car sometime in 1995/96. Sadly, it appears that Smitty passed away several years ago. Mr Walter Horn - purchased from Smitty in mid 1998 - raced extensively in OR area until early 2001. I have tracked down Mr Horn and have been exchanging emails with him re the history of the car. Mr Horn sold the car to Mr Dan Mullin. Mr Dan Mullin - purchased car in early 2001 and sold to MG in January 2002. As soon as I track down Bill Rose, I hope to learn some more of the early history of the vehicle. Condition of car - when I purchased the car it was in reasonable condition considering its age and the amount of racing it has had. However, it will be fully restored to pristine condition - then we are off racing - vintage and | Yes | mgrundy45@hotmail.com |
| Schaumburg IL 60173 | FF/Club Ford. Naturally, it will not say pristine long - it will certainly be a racing car - but that does not mean it has to look shabby. | ||||
| The car will be restored to as close to original as possible - given the need for modern safety adjustments - my car has a dash/front roll hoop and front intrusion bars have been fitted. | |||||
| Historical Records - Carl Haas - Chicago. | |||||
| As you would surely know, Carl Haas's factory is in the Chicago area and happens to be quite close to my company. I visited their factory and asked about their records from the period but they advised that all records from this time had been destroyed. It is a shame. | |||||

I bought 178 from a guy in Hendersonville, NC. Can’t remember who he got the car from but I seem to recall he bought it out of storage & rebuilt it so it has very little time on it. I got a race win @ Rockingham & several podiums at Road Atlanta, Charlotte & Savannah. It is a great car. | No |

| #201 FSF | WANTED | Louisiana Maybe | I purchased the car in question brand new from Pierre Phillips / Phillips Motorsports in the fall of I believe 1975? The car was purchased as a "roller" and came from the LOLA factory with a Hewland MK-9 5 speed fitted with a limited slip unit, 8" and 10" X 13" dia. Gotti 3 piece wheels, a front mount water radiator and "sport car" nose set up from the T-360 Atl., center body section was 340/342 FF, engine cover and mono-post rear wing were from then current Super Vee. The chassis was essentially a 342 FF but the engine bay had been stretched 4", or so, to accomodate the 2 litre Pinto engine, it also had additional frame gussets and tube bracing. Brakes were different too but I don't remember the particulars. The "Super Ford" class was just getting started in Europe, and Pierre imported one of the very first chassis LOLA built. | Yes | ROBERT.SCHEIB@gte.net |
| The cars serial number was "HU 342 / 201" and had "FSF" [Formula Super Ford] stamped somewhere on the number ID tag also as I recall. I raced the car for a couple years then sold it to buy another LOLA from Pierre - a T-460 FAtl. The 2nd owner of "my" car ultimately traded it back to Pierre; Pierre then sold it to a guy on the East coast who began building it into a C Sports racer. The guy ran out of funds and sold it on to someone - I believe in Louisiana? And thats where the my search trail ends. | |||||
| The car was immence fun to drive, the longer wheelbase made it very stable, especially in high speed corners, and it stopped really well. SCCA made me run the car in several different classes : FA, FContinental, and even as a FSV as there was no FF2000 class at that time. | |||||
