My 360 I bought off a friend after the accident last November you may have seen it in the race car web site it was left there from two owners ago so I had it removed. Lola reissued the chassis plate as HU1 although it was always known as AU1 as it was the prototype sent out to Australia with the other two tubs in broken down form for reassembly under a deal between Glen Abby and Lola. It is in Lola archives as the prototype. |

I bought it in November, 1990 and spent about 10 years getting it ready.The owner that I bought it from hadn't started working on it yet. He bought it from a broker in England. The broker probably bought it from Michael Bledesoe of Seattle Washington or a middleman. Bledsoe ran the car in SCCA Formula Libre for a few years(?) He bought it from Pat Murphie in Tacoma Washington. Pat Murphie and Greg Moore were really into the Jensen/Lotus 907 engines. They built-up this Lola/Lotus configuration. I est. around the late 1970's but maybe early 80's. I forgot to ask them! Pat drove it in dozens of races and even set a track record up at Portland or Seattle, so I'm told. They bought it from a broker, possibly in LA. No engine. One of them thought that the original driver was a name like Tom Carnets of LA. I could never confirm the name but I did run across a T360 driver name of Tom Klausler but never confirmed that he was an LA driver or if he drove this T360. Their 907 engine has pumped out as much as 280hp in previous configs. Right now, this config dyno'd at about 240hp
