Original log book dated June 1977.  I purchased the car locally in November of 1995.  Log books shows extensive racing in California and Arizona, so I'm assuming  previous owners lived  closeby.  The car is in the last stages of a total frame up rebuild.  From powdercoated frame to replating, everything has been rebuilt, replaced, or repaired.  		 I just bought a Lola 440 last Saturday night.  Took it to Blackhawk Farms for the Regional the next day and won with it.  The only thing I changed was the pedal location.  I really need to go through the car to get it straight and I bet it will be much faster. 7/14/05 

I bought it from Brad Ellingson in August, I planned to just do the maintenance stuff on it but ended up taking down to a bare frame (except for the floor), and putting it back together will completely new hydraulics, brake discs and cylinders, lines, oil lines, etc. Re-plumbed oil and water, painted the frame and body, etc.  lots of new rod ends.  Discovered that I didn't fit under the roll bar with the stock seating arrangement so I made a new oil tank that let me recline a lot more, made an aluminium seat, and on and on.  Just got back from Savannah where I ran it with VDCA and had a blast.
