1970 and raced it for a few years,first as a SCCA formula B car and latter more successfully as a formula c. It was retired infavor of a more modern, agile chassis but retained because of my continuing infatuation with it, It now resides in my shop with a "fresh" Cosworth Type 17, 1100cc formula junior or
libre engine, the original Hewland and wheels a couple of original bodies etc. This was a full monocoque chassis with Marston ? rubber fuel cells of very complicated construction. In the 70's I hand built some cells which are once again defunct. This keeps the car from operating.
